I tired to login to OL Support to place a ticket, and was greeted by this screen
When I try to create a new password, it says my CURRENT password is invalid. There are no further options.
I was able to login to the forums, though, so not sure what is happening. Could someone please reach out to me or reset my password so I can this support ticket placed.

I also called the support phone number and left a message.
Currently, when I try to log in, the message now says my account is “not active or not properly configured.” I have used OL Support several times over the years, so not sure why my account is suddenly messed up.
Thanks to all. Support was able to rest my password, and I successfully logged in and created a new password.
I appreciate the speed with which this was handled.
